Mike Boshart

President

Mike brings considerable industry experience to our Flooring and Panel/Veneer divisions. He has significant leadership experience including product management and go-to-market strategies, with a broad supply chain background and international experience. Prior to joining Teragren, he was General Merchandise Manager and a corporate officer at iFloor. Earlier retail experience included marketing roles at Guitar Center, GSI Commerce, REI and 9 Star, an action sports start up that he co-founded.

Yang Xiang Lin

Strategic Business Advisor, China

As one of the contributing founders of Teragren, Yang is responsible for ensuring that Teragren continues to set the standard for cooperation, social responsibility, and seamless communication between its North American corporate office and its manufacturing plants in China. As a native of China now residing in the Seattle area, Yang understands both the Chinese and American language and culture which helps Teragren remain on the cutting edge of global design trends, manufacturing, and agricultural technology.

Tom Goodham

VP Manufacturing & Operations

As a self-admitted "pragmatic environmentalist", Tom is responsible for ensuring that Teragren's manufacturing and domestic operations support and adhere to Teragren's strict environmental, social, and quality standards. Since 2006, Tom has brought to Teragren an entrepreneurial spirit born from his experiences as the owner of Claworks and the inventor of the patented cat toy, the QuickDraw McPaw, and as a project specialist within the Store Development team at Starbucks.

Paola Rutledge

VP Sales/Panel & Veneer Division

Paola is responsible for establishing the distribution of the Teragren line of bamboo panels and veneer throughout North America. As an avid woodworker, her skills and knowledge have assisted in product research and development. While working closely with distributors and others in the trade, she has helped to define and establish the needs of the industry. Paola has over 25 years of sales management experience in diverse businesses.

John Austin

VP Flooring Division

John is responsible for the global management of Teragren's Flooring Division. Prior to Teragren, he was the North American Sales Manager for Lamwood Products in Ontario, Canada. Prior to Lamwood, he was the U.S. Sales Manager for Stevens-Dufour in Québec.

Matthew Smith

Regional Sales Manager

As Teragren's western regional sales manager, Matthew works closely with our distributor network to promote Teragren's bamboo flooring, panel and countertop products.
Matthew was formerly with Artistic Finishes as their Western Regional Sales Manager for three years. Prior to Artistic Finishes, Matthew was with Armstrong World Industries as their Builder Strategic Account Rep.

Jeremy Brooks

Regional Sales Manager

As regional sales manager for the Flooring and Panel Divisions in the North East and Mid-Atlantic, Jeremy works closely with Teragren's distributors to promote Teragren's bamboo flooring, panel and countertop products. Jeremy was most recently with NRF Distributors, Inc. as their Hardwood Flooring Coordinator for eight years.

Andrew Diehl

Operations Manager

Drew is responsible for managing Teragren's inventory and logistics operations. Drew manages Teragren's inventory at its three distribution centers (two in the U.S., one in China). He also manages the product flow from Teragren's factory through its logistics partners to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of Teragren's products direct to customers and into Teragren's U.S. distribution centers.

Paula Pelland

Customer Service Manager

Paula is responsible for managing the Customer Service Department at Teragren. She works closely with Teragren's flooring and panel/veneer distributors worldwide to provide timely order and logistics fulfillment. Prior to Teragren, Paula worked for Sodexho Marriott Services, one of the largest food service companies in North America, and Town and Country Markets, Inc.

Vander dos Santos

Contract Manager, South America

Vander dos Santos represents Teragren Contract covering Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. In his role, Vander will open new markets for International distribution of Teragren's flooring, countertop and panel products. Vander was formerly regional sales manger for Cecrisa and Marazzi for South America, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Western U.S.

Andre Frye

Technical Support Manager

As Teragren's Technical Support Manager, Andre works closely with Teragren's distributor and retailer networks as well as consumers and the trade to answer technical product questions. Andre has longstanding interests in woodworking, the construction trades and manufacturing. Formerly, Andre was production manager at computer peripheral manufacturer Datadesk Technologies.
