Teragren manufactures a complete line of bamboo flooring, stair parts, trim, panels, veneer and parquet countertops and table tops to suit a variety of design styles and projects for any interior residential or commercial setting. When you specify Teragren for new or replacement hardwood floors, distinctive staircases, custom cabinetry, kitchen counters or custom furniture, you can be confident not only in the beauty and versatility of our products, but their consistent quality, durability, performance and environmentally safe materials.

U.S.-based Teragren is in a unique position because we develop and manufacture our own products. This allows us to control quality from harvest to distribution and to provide you with the highest quality bamboo flooring, trim, panels and veneer in the marketplace, as well as convenient documentation, tech support and custom orders. Our flooring carries a lifetime structural warranty and a 25-year residential/10-year heavy-use commercial finish warranty (except for Spectrum flooring). And because we maintain supplemental product at two stateside locations, our stocking wholesale distributors and the retailers they serve can offer you available inventory with on-time delivery.

Teragren is a company as reliable as our products. We have been in the bamboo flooring and panel industry since 1994. We enjoy a strong relationship with our sole factory partner in China that dates back to the time when our company name was known as TimberGrass. Together we have maintained the highest standards in business practices and product quality, and our environmental standards (which predate the establishment of LEED®) surpass the most stringent allowances in the United States, the European Union and Japan.

Every Teragren floor product is FloorScore®-certified, which means the floors and adhesives have both been rigorously tested for 78 volatile organic compounds and for compliance with indoor air quality standards for high performance schools and offices.

Products bearing the FloorScore® label meet the indoor air emissions criteria of LEED® Green Building Rating Systems, qualifying them to earn LEED® v3 IEQ credit 4.3: Low-Emitting Materials—Flooring Systems.

Teragren Portfolio and Synergy™ solid-strip strand bamboo flooring, stair parts and trim, and strand panels all qualify for LEED® v3 IEQ Credit 4.4: Low-Emitting Materials—Composite Wood and Agrifiber Products because they are manufactured using a phenol-formaldehyde adhesive that emits an average of 0.01 ppm of formaldehyde. Teragren bamboo countertops and table tops are made with a formaldehyde-free manufacturing adhesive; as such, they contribute to IEQ Credit 4.4.

All of our panels and veneer are SCS Indoor Advantage™ Gold-certified, which means they comply with California Special Environmental Requirements Specification 01350, designed to ensure health through good indoor air quality.

SCS Indoor Advantage™ Gold-certified panels and veneer are made with no-added-urea formaldehyde adhesive and also qualify for IEQ 4.4. Other traditional bamboo flooring, panels and veneer are available manufactured with an IEQ 4.4 formaldehyde-free adhesive; select products are in stock or by special order only.
